All orders are subject to both Artistic Toy acceptance and product availability. Price quotes are valid for 30 days. All prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse any order at any time.

Terms:  To establish an account with Artistic Toy, complete this credit agreement form (pdf). We accept checks, Visa, MC, AMX, and Discover. All prices are expressed in United States dollars.

Sample Requests:  Up to 3 non-imprinted toys less than 9” are free with shipping number. Sample requests for custom imprinted toys will be invoiced for normal screen charges. Sample toys larger than 9" are charged at End Quantity Price plus shipping.

Production Time: Production begins upon receipt of purchase order, deposit, and approved artwork. Generally allow 10-15 business days from receipt of approved artwork for in-stock items. Custom Toy orders allow production time of 8- 10 weeks from receipt of approved production sample. Some orders may require additional production time, depending on quantity and complexity of toy. Expect additional 4 – 5 weeks for delivery of custom toys via standard sea shipping method. Air freight is available for expedited delivery, inquire about additional cost. Artistic Toy will not assume responsibility for time delays in transit.

Approvals:  Toy samples sent out for approval are sent next day to customer and charged $50 for air freight.

Shipping:  FOB Artistic Toy in Allentown, PA. All items are packed bulk. Individual poly-bag is available at additional cost.

Overruns and under runs:  Artistic Toy reserves the right to ship orders +/- 5% of the specified quantity.

Claims:  Claims for damaged goods or merchandise not received must be sent to Artistic Toy within 15 days of invoice date. Proof of delivery must be requested within 30 days. Customer’s sole remedy shall be repair or replacement of any damaged toy. IN NO EVENT WILL ARTISTIC TOY’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY CUSTOMER.

Cancellation:  All orders cancelled after 48 hours of receipt of order will be subject to a minimum of a 25% cancellation fee.

Returns:  All returns are subject to approval and written authorization from Artistic Toy along with a 25% re-stocking charge.

Copyright Usage:  All copy or other material submitted by the customer for use in producing the items ordered will be accepted by us as being submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, service mark, copyright, privacy, patent or similar protection. All toy creations and designs developed by Artistic Toy and pictured in this catalog are copyright property of Artistic Toy. Logos and mascots appearing in this catalog do not represent an endorsement of these products. They are examples displaying our manufacturing capabilities and are not for resale.

Quality Statement:  All of our items are produced of all new materials that meet or exceed all federal and state regulations. Please recognize that each plush toy is not created equally. Every toy is individually machine sewn and hand stuffed. While toys are quality control checked for consistency, slight variations in size and appearance may be observed. Size, construction, and color of the finished goods may vary.
